Kindra Migration Lawyers is pleased to invite members of the Vietnamese community in Australia to a free online webinar designed to provide practical guidance on a range of key visa pathways.
This session will be presented entirely in Vietnamese and will cover some of the most common and complex issues individuals and families may face when navigating the Australian migration system.
During the webinar, our lawyers will discuss Partner visa options, including the differences between onshore and offshore applications, as well as general eligibility requirements. We will also address more complex scenarios, such as lodging a Partner visa while unlawful (including Schedule 3 waiver considerations) and what options may be available if a relationship has ended due to family violence.
In addition, the session will cover how character requirements are currently being assessed by the Department, an overview of Protection visa eligibility and current trends, and key considerations for employer sponsored visas. We will also explain the difference between working with a migration agent and a lawyer, so you can make an informed decision about the support you need.
The webinar will conclude with a live Q&A session, giving attendees the opportunity to ask general questions.
