Our 494 visa application was a very complicated journey, particularly because of the issues surrounding our Certificate of Good Conduct (CGC). I first contacted Kindra for a consultation about a citizenship review at the Administrative Review Tribunal, and later retained them to run the matter, all from Canada, which they handled without any friction.

My visa journey was one of the most stressful and emotional experiences my partner and I have ever been through.
Before we found Kindra Migration Lawyers, I was with another lawyer. I was told that I would only need to take two weeks off work, and I trusted that advice. Unfortunately, things did not go as expected. I ended up receiving four invalid applications, and the situation became more and more stressful.
My partner and I were constantly worried about my immigration status, our future together, and whether we would be able to continue building our life here in Australia. On top of everything, because of the visa situation, I ended up losing my job.
