Well, tbh, it was poor service. I decided to go ahead with them, and we have paid them every single cent, and the amount was a couple of k’s, not hundreds. Before you pay them and proceed with them, they're really nice, but after they get paid, they basically ditch you. You have to just be hopeful that they will even call or email you back. I have sent a few email no response yet when i call them they say it's busy and they call you but never do.
If I were you before submitting anything to them or proceeding with them, I would not recommend them and I wish i didnt proceed with them

We used Simon (Leske) from Kindra to review our Partner visa application and provide advice on our changing circumstances. Simon provided a detailed assessment and offered possible additional supporting information. He showed us how to navigate our Immi account to submit our application for a bridging visa. Post our in person discussion Simon has been available as required for follow-up. Overall Simon provided us with confidence we were on the right track and offered other support as required.
