After multiple failed attempts with several migration agents for my partner’s student visa (which ultimately led to a refusal) and later exploring a work sponsorship option that we were later told he wasn’t eligible for, we felt completely hopeless. We came to Kindra Migration desperately needing guidance and a clear visa strategy.
We first booked their 10-minute free consultation with Simon, who was incredibly helpful. He ended up giving us far more than 10 minutes, taking the time to calm us down and clearly explain the different visa pathways and requirements. After being “strung along” by other lawyers and migration agents where free consultations felt more like sales tactics, this experience was completely different. With Kindra, it genuinely felt like the focus was on helping us understand our options rather than pushing us into a service. That’s what made us choose them and we’ve never been happier with that decision.
We worked mainly with Hayley throughout the process, with Tony and others also stepping in when needed.
