Karen holds a Bachelor of Laws from Sergio Arboleda University in Bogota, Colombia, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Torrens University.
She brings extensive experience assisting international students and migrants, providing empathetic and practical guidance throughout their journey.
Fluent in both English and Spanish, Karen connects easily with clients from diverse backgrounds, ensuring clear and confident communication.
Outside of work, she enjoys travelling and exploring Melbourne’s vibrant café and restaurant scene.
