Genika joined Kindra in May 2025.
Genika has a strong background in administration and customer service, ensuring seamless support to the firm’s operations team and clients.
Genika brings international experience from years spent in Dubai, where she worked with multinational clients across various industries. Having also lived and studied in the UAE, she developed a deep appreciation and genuine understanding for cultural diversity and first-hand experience of the unique challenges migrants face through their migration journey – insights that align closely with the firm’s mission.
Fluent in English and Filipino with the ability to read and write Arabic, Genika values communication as a bridge between cultures and is committed to fostering positive relationships across borders. Inspired by an early dream of becoming a lawyer, Genika remains motivated and committed to working with purpose, making a difference and creating meaningful impact.
Outside of work, Genika is passionate about creative expression and is a writer at heart, often writing poems and prose. She also enjoys spending her time reading.
